to my home computing!
First, she helped me get equipped for zoom meetings when they were all
news to me. When I had trouble with setting up my new equipment she came to my home, diagnosed the problem, and solved it. I use
adaptive technology for my disability. She was adept at working with
and around it!
Recently I had another problem with my cordless mouse. With
consultation, we narrowed down the problem. She advised me on what,
among many, would be the best replacement. She told me if I have any more trouble, I can contact her for additional help.
